Session Schedule:
- Read a book
- Talk about emotion/feeling and ways that it can feel and look like
- Learn and practice different coping mechanisms we can use
- Create a tool that can be used in school or at home
Coping skills include:
- Relaxation
- Breathing techniques
- Sensory
- Movement and stretching
- Processing
