    Session Schedule:

    • Read a book
    • Talk about emotion/feeling and ways that it can feel and look like
    • Learn and practice different coping mechanisms we can use
    • Create a tool that can be used in school or at home

    Coping skills include:

    • Relaxation
    • Breathing techniques
    • Sensory
    • Movement and stretching
    • Processing
